About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Community Nursing team in Torquay. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care to housebound patients in the Torquay area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care to housebound patients in Torquay
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet patient needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of community nursing services
Requirements
  • Qualified Registered Nurse with experience in community nursing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of community nursing principles and practices
  • Ability to maintain accurate and timely records
