Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver person-centred care to residents, promoting independence and dignity.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account residents' needs and preferences.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and produce well-developed care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
