About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents
  • Provide safe and effective nursing care, including administering medications and delivering clinical interventions
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
About You

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse with current NMC registration and a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks. You will have a proven track record of producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
