Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of our residents.
- Provide safe and effective medication administration, adhering to regulatory frameworks and guidelines.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential risks.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Current NMC registration and a good understanding of clinical practices.
- Experience in producing well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines.
