Premier Inn is seeking a skilled Deputy Hotel Manager to join our team at Yeovil Airfield. As a key member of the Hotel Management team, you will be responsible for the daily operation of all departments, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining brand standards.

Working closely with the Hotel Manager, you will drive commercial best practice, maximize revenue opportunities, and manage controllable costs to deliver strong business performance. Your keen eye for detail will ensure that our guests receive a seamless experience, and you will utilize guest feedback to increase performance against KPI targets.

As a leader, you will motivate and develop high-performing teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Your passion for our brand will shine through in your communication with guests and team members, and you will continuously coach the team to deliver their full potential.

We are looking for a candidate with previous or current management experience from hospitality, leisure, or retail backgrounds, driven by guest service and business results. Experience within F&B or food services is desirable, and knowledge of food hygiene and H&S is essential.
