About the Role:
As a Peripatetic Deputy General Manager (Clinical) at Barchester, you will be responsible for managing and developing teams in various care homes across your region. This involves working closely with the General Manager or hiring manager to implement action plans that ensure our residents' needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead by example and monitor standards through regular audits, supervised clinical practice, and checking regulatory compliance.
Develop and deliver strategies to achieve goals, setting the highest standards and drawing on your skills and experience.
Inspire a multidisciplinary team to help every resident enjoy the best possible quality of life.

About You:
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with current NMC registration and a teaching, mentoring, or supervision qualification. Previous experience of working within a nursing home setting is essential, as is evidence of continual professional development. You will also need to have experience in helping residents with different health needs, managing safeguarding investigations, and clinical risk assessments.
