Job Title: Store Leadership and Management Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team at JD Group. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a high-performing team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of colleagues to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Support the Store Management team to develop and implement store strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of colleagues to achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the store.
  • Ensure the store is safe and compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Deliver financial results in line with or in excess of company targets.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year supervision experience, preferably in a similar format of retail.
  • Experience of effectively prioritising and delegating workload to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Clear, confident, and motivational communicator with excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills.
  • A passion for customer service and a proven record of delivering excellence in this area.
