Senior Sales and Revenue Manager

At Metropolitan, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Group Sales Manager to join our team.
Job SummaryThe Senior Group Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth and developing business relationships in key markets. This role will focus on achieving budgeted annual revenue goals for hotel rooms and residences across corporate, leisure, and MICE segments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in assigned markets.
- Evaluate, solicit, sell, and confirm business to meet individual goals and overall budgeted sales and profitability.
- Collaborate with the Global Sales Organization to implement cohesive sales strategies and drive revenue growth.
- Schedule and plan sales trips, familiarization trips, and client events to secure business and build relationships.
- Ensure timely follow-up on proposals and efforts to take them to contract status.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality sales within the luxury segment.
- Proven track record of account management and business development experience in the UK, Europe, and CIS regions.
- Solid understanding of revenue management processes, pricing, and strategies.
- Knowledge of sales force, Delphi, and Opera is desirable.
- Fluency in another European language is desirable.
