Senior MICE Sales Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior MICE Sales Manager to join our client's team in London. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences in the MICE and group sales segments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for MICE and group segments.
  • Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate accounts.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Lead site inspections, client meetings, and presentations to secure new business.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior sales staff, fostering a high-performance culture within the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences within the hospitality or events industry.
  • Strong network of industry contacts within the MICE segment.
  • Ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive market.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and results-oriented team. The role will be focusing primarily on MICE and group sales, with a strong emphasis on driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional client experiences within the hospitality or events industry. A strong network of industry contacts within the MICE segment is highly desirable.

Please note that this role requires someone with immediate availability for an initial 6 months contract, with the possibility of leading to a more permanent position. Only applicants with relevant UK sales experience in hospitality will be considered.
