We are seeking an experienced Dementia Care Assistant to join our team at beBee Professionals. As a Dementia Care Assistant, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with dementia, focusing on enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized care and support to clients with dementia.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans to promote client independence.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in caregiving, preferably in dementia care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate nature.
