Job Overview

Chester and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Facilities Team as a Domestic Assistant. This is a fixed-term position for 7 months, working 15 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays from 8am to 4pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our service users and staff. This will involve cleaning and maintaining our facilities, as well as providing support to our team as needed.

Main Duties of the Job

  • Cleaning and maintaining our facilities, including offices, wards, and communal areas
  • Providing support to our team as needed, including covering for annual leave and sickness
  • Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene standards

Person Specification

The successful candidate will have a good understanding of cleaning services and be able to accept and prioritise instructions. Previous experience in a domestic environment would be advantageous, but training will be provided for the right candidate.
