Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at Leaders In Care Recruitment Ltd. As a Paediatric ICU Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill children in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized patient care to critically ill children, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients and develop effective care plans to meet their needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Experience working in a Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
