Paediatric Intensive Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Paediatric nurse to join our team in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit. The successful candidate will have a strong background in high dependency and intensive care nursing and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities- Provide effective family-centred nursing care to patients and their families.
- Ensure that evidence-based practice is performed at all times, taking responsibility for updating own knowledge and skills in line with Trust policies and procedures and NMC code of professional conduct.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care and achieve excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures to ensure best practice.
- NMC Registration
- BSc or working towards
- Experience in a relevant unit (NICU, HDU, PICU, Theatres, A&E, tertiary unit, surgery/medicine)
