We're seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. As a Technical Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customers with instrument installations, repairs, and upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and maintain diagnostic instruments, ensuring optimal performance and accuracy
  • Perform repairs and upgrades, troubleshooting issues and resolving technical problems
  • Provide training and technical support to customers, ensuring they're equipped to use our instruments effectively
  • Conduct site inspections and assessments to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as medical technology or engineering
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of technical expertise and customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results
