Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's maintenance team in Hinckley, Leicestershire.
The successful candidate will have experience in multiskilled maintenance roles, with a focus on reactive and proactive maintenance, projects, and inventory control.
This role involves working across both manufacturing sites in Hinckley, with a rotation basis between earlies and lates (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on production equipment
- Participate in project planning and execution
- Collaborate with the team to achieve operational excellence
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in multiskilled maintenance roles
- Familiarity with inventory control and project management
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
