Automated Warehouse Equipment Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Australia, responsible for leading the maintenance of our automated warehouse equipment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in senior maintenance engineering roles, supporting and leading staff across multiple shift patterns on automated warehouse equipment, with excellent communication skills and the ability to interpret data and derive solid conclusions from analysis.

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 AUD per annum, taking into account the requirements and responsibilities outlined above.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the leadership of the system maintenance engineering team
- Provide expert guidance to Engineers as an escalation point to resolve queries and support with learning and understanding
- Complete manufacturing/production line tasks as requested or identified and record/report activities and or actions in appropriate databases or related systems
- Accountable for the performance of the automated warehouse equipment, including AMR, ASRS, and sorters
- Work closely with engineering team Management, Launch and Operational teams as part of the new solutions development process
- Ensure all planned Preventative Maintenance schedules are completed within agreed timescales to a high standard
- Support the presenting of technical improvements to customers through proposals, conference calls, and presentations in conjunction with account management
