Care UK is a leading provider of private care services, with a network of over 150 care homes across the UK. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to join our team at Jubilee House.

As a Home Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our residents and maintain a high level of satisfaction with our services. You will lead a team of staff, promoting a caring environment that meets the latest guidelines and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management for all staff employed in the home, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  2. Care Delivery: Ensure that care is delivered according to the latest guidelines, best practices, and legislative requirements, maintaining a high level of resident satisfaction.
  3. Financial Management: Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home, in accordance with company policy.
  4. Relationship Building: Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies, building a positive reputation in the local community.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience: 2-3+ years of Home Manager experience, preferably in a Residential and Dementia setting.
  2. Care Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
  3. Financial Skills: Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
  4. Innovation: Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
