We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our team at Jubilee House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the care home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our residents and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management to all staff employed in the home, promoting a caring environment that meets the latest guidelines and best practices.
- Financial Management: Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home, in accordance with company policy.
- Service Delivery: Ensure that a high level of satisfaction with the service is achieved and maintained, and that excellent relationships are built and maintained with relatives, residents, purchasers, and external agencies.
- 2-3+ years of experience as a Home Manager in a Residential and Dementia setting.
- Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
- Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
- Be part of a dynamic and growing organisation dedicated to providing outstanding care.
