Care Home Director

Care UK is a leading provider of care services, and we're seeking a dedicated and passionate Home Manager to join our team at Jubilee House. As a Home Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of care professionals in delivering exceptional care to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of our residents.
- Manage the financial and commercial aspects of the care home, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain excellent relationships with relatives, residents, and external agencies to build a positive reputation in the local community.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a care management role.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality care services in a residential and dementia setting.
- Ability to manage budgets and accounts effectively.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
- Ability to innovate and improve care standards through new ideas and initiatives.
