About the Role:
Care UK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Manager to lead our team at Jubilee House. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring that we deliver exceptional care to our residents and maintain a high level of satisfaction with our service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management to all staff employed in the home, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Care Delivery: Ensure that a caring environment is delivered according to the latest guidelines, best practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Financial Management: Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.
- Service Development: Work with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Residential and Dementia setting.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, relatives, and external agencies.
- Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation.
- Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas.
