About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Paediatric Nurse to join our Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward in London. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to children with complex needs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care to children with complex needs, including those with neurological and developmental disorders.
  • Develop and implement holistic care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
  • Supervise and mentor junior nurses, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Participate in audits and quality improvement projects to enhance the care provided.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to ensure best practice in paediatric care.

Requirements
  • NMC Child Registered Nurse (RN Child / RSCN) with immediate paediatric life support.
  • Experience in Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and complex care needs.
  • Understanding of safeguarding issues.
  • Experience supervising and assessing students and shift leading (desirable).
