About the Role:

* First and second-level technical support through calls, tickets, and user interaction.
* Responding promptly to IT-related questions from end-users.
* Documenting end-user interactions in the customer ticket system.
* Creating, maintaining, and utilizing knowledge articles.
* Providing IT onboarding trainings to new starters.
* Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
