High-Performing Sales Development Manager

At Prax, a leading multinational conglomerate in the global energy market, we're seeking an exceptional Sales Negotiator to join our high-performing sales team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to drive commercial growth and develop strategic plans to maximize volume & margin.
About the Role
The successful candidate will report to and support the Spot Sales Manager in achieving commercial budget targets. Key responsibilities include:
- Actively growing, developing, and delivering spot sales, focusing on Direct Sales sector.
- Managing a portfolio of spot customer accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Closing interaction with Supply, Logistics, and Finance Teams to ensure Group's position is maintained.
- Communicating commercial spot pricing on a daily basis.
- Providing accurate monthly and annual demand forecasts to support planning.
- Liaising with Operations and Finance teams to resolve customer administrative queries promptly.
- Monitoring and managing customer credit balances and adhering to Credit and KYC procedures.
- Ensuring timely entry of sales and quotes into the Group's operating system.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A working knowledge of the downstream petroleum industry in the UK.
- Demonstrable Business-to-Business sales and account management experience.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to appreciate market opportunities.
- Strong reporting ability and experience of product pricing with supply economic calculations.
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses and career development opportunities.

Location
