About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Soft Landscaping Operative to join our dynamic team as a Team Leader. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing a variety of soft landscaping tasks to transform outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement soft landscaping tasks to transform outdoor spaces.
  • Work as part of a team to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve project goals.
  • Ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

  • Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
  • Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Previous experience in a Soft Landscaping role is highly desirable.
  • A full valid UK driving licence and CSCS card is essential.
  • Planting and Turfing experience is preferred.
