Landscaping Team Leader Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscaping Team Leader to join our team at GreenScape Specialist Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of operatives on site, providing landscaping services and a range of horticultural work.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Utilize plans and planting diagrams to accurately create landscaping schemes
* Employ plant and general horticultural knowledge to identify problems and solutions
* Conduct turfing, barking, and mulching tasks
* Plant trees and shrubs
* Perform general horticultural duties as necessary
* Ensure skips are loaded correctly and safely
* Record and report completed work
* Communicate any issues or problems with your Line Manager
* Notify any H&S issues, observations, or accidents in line with company procedures
* Maintain correct uniform and PPE
* Ensure vehicles and machinery are in good order and safe to operate
* Maintain tools and equipment

**Requirements:**

* Minimum of two years previous experience in landscaping
* Current CSCS Card and driving license
* Any additional qualifications, including SSSTS, PA1/PA6, trailer license, and digger/dumper/tractor tickets, are desirable but not essential
