About the Role

We offer a competitive salary of £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus excellent benefits and agile working arrangements. As a key advisor, you will provide legal expertise and strategic guidance to clients in the social housing sector, helping them navigate complex corporate structures, governance, and regulatory challenges.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise on legal structures for social housing organisations, including companies, registered societies, co-operatives, social enterprises, community interest companies, and charitable vehicles.
  • Lead on mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings, including transfers of engagements, asset purchases, and dissolutions.
  • Provide strategic advice on group structures, joint ventures, and collaborative working arrangements.
