Job Title: Partner Onboarding Specialist

As a Partner Onboarding Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in elevating the retail experience for our consumers through our collection of established brands, including Sports Direct, FLANNELS, USC, Frasers, and GAME.

This opportunity is ideal for someone who is passionate about working with others to drive and deliver results. You'll work with some of the biggest suppliers and brands to onboard them onto Frasers Group Websites via Dropship operating model. You'll work with internal and external stakeholders while proactively liaising with partners to achieve speedy onboarding, mitigate risks, and identify process and product data improvement opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Holding technical discovery meetings with partners to assess their capabilities to onboard as a dropship partner
  • Hand-holding partners during the onboarding process, ensuring all data flows through the systems correctly, including handling test orders and returns
  • Being a technical point of contact during and post-onboarding for our Dropship partners and owning all onboarding workstreams
  • Gathering requirements for the onboarding and coordinating across teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Making sure product data and imagery meet the expected standard
  • Helping partners with product data enrichment and educating them on its importance prior to launching online
  • Executing daily site checks
  • Ensuring any documentation and tooling required is updated in a timely fashion
  • Seeking continuous improvement opportunities and proactively implementing them

Requirements:

  • Technical background and strong administrative skills
  • Confident working with internal and external stakeholders to manage an efficient onboarding process
  • Experience working with projects and delivering to deadlines
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment and promoting a teamwork mentality
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Proactive in predicting challenges and finding solutions
  • Experience interfacing with Third-Party suppliers
