Financial Analyst Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our team at Livability. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital role in supporting the business to achieve effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Business Partner in preparing monthly management accounts, including journals, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Assist in completing balance sheet reconciliations and preparing the annual budget and reforecasting.
- Work closely with budget holders to monitor their financial performance and provide relevant financial information.
- Assist in the year-end process and deal with audit queries.
Requirements:
- Finance experience, currently studying or recently graduated, with a background in a charity sector, social housing, or care sector.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
