The AD WARRIOR organisation is seeking a skilled Assistant Finance Business Partner to support the business in achieving effective financial management. This role will be a fixed-term position for 12 months, starting from December 24.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Finance Business Partner in providing financial information and analysis to the business.
- Assist in preparing the monthly Management Accounts, including journals, variance analysis, and reporting.
- Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations and income reconciliations.
- Work closely with budget holders to monitor their financial performance.
- Assist in the year-end process and deal with audit queries.
- Finance experience, possibly studying currently or just finished studying.
- Ideal candidates should have a charity sector background or experience working in social housing or the care sector.
- Effective induction and training in your new role.
