As the primary point of contact for students, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, handling inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or a reception role is required, and you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Your duties will include managing check-ins and check-outs, responding to queries, and assisting with maintenance requests. You will also be responsible for planning and supporting student community events and activities, while maintaining a secure environment by controlling access to the building.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery. To succeed in this role, you will need to be organized, proactive, and able to multitask with ease. A strong understanding of computer systems and Microsoft Office applications is also essential.
