Job Overview- Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
- Handle employee relations, including sickness, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
- Coach and guide Line Managers on ER issues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Assist in the performance review process.
- Oversee the organization and updating of training matrices.
- Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations.
We seek an experienced HR Advisor who possesses:
- A background in HR Assistant or HR Advisor roles, looking to progress or develop their skills further.
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
- Experience in a generalist HR role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
- A CIPD qualification or a desire to study and develop.
- Ambition and a keen interest in advancing their HR career long-term.
- A competitive salary up to £33,000.
- 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
- Minimum 3 days onsite per week, with requirements to be on-site when business needs dictate.
- An early finish on Fridays.
- Pension with 5% matched contribution.
- An onsite car park.
- An opportunity for a funded CIPD qualification.
