Job Overview
  • Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
  • Handle employee relations, including sickness, performance management, and disciplinary matters.
  • Coach and guide Line Managers on ER issues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
  • Coordinate training and development programs.
  • Assist in the performance review process.
  • Oversee the organization and updating of training matrices.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law and industry regulations.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek an experienced HR Advisor who possesses:

  • A background in HR Assistant or HR Advisor roles, looking to progress or develop their skills further.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
  • Experience in a generalist HR role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • A CIPD qualification or a desire to study and develop.
  • Ambition and a keen interest in advancing their HR career long-term.
What's on Offer
  • A competitive salary up to £33,000.
  • 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays.
  • Minimum 3 days onsite per week, with requirements to be on-site when business needs dictate.
