Job DetailsThis role involves supporting the HR Manager in various key areas, including policy implementation, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Implementing HR policies and procedures under the guidance of the HR Manager.
- Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes.
- Managing employee relations, encompassing sickness, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Providing coaching and guidance to Line Managers on employee relations matters.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of HR initiatives.
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Organizing and coordinating training and development programs.
- Assisting with the performance review process.
- Ensuring the effective organization and updating of training matrices.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and industry regulations.
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor who brings:
- Relevant experience in HR Assistant or HR Advisor roles, looking to advance or develop their skills further.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment law.
- Proven experience in generalist HR roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A CIPD qualification or a desire to pursue further studies.
- Ambition and a genuine interest in progressing their HR career in the long term.
- A competitive salary package up to £33,000.
- Generous annual leave entitlement, including Bank Holidays.
- A minimum of 3 days onsite work per week, with occasional requirement to work on-site based on business needs.
- Early finishes on Fridays.
