Job Description
  • Supporting the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment law and industry regulations.
  • Managing recruitment, onboarding, and employee exit processes, maintaining up-to-date employee records and HR documents.
  • Employee Relations including sickness, performance management, D&G, coaching and guiding Line Managers on ER matters.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, coordinating training and development programs, supporting the performance review process.
  • Responsible for organising and updating training matrix, providing exceptional support to Line Managers and employees alike.
The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Advisor should have:

  • Currently be in an HR Assistant/HR Advisor role looking for either the next step or to add to HR development, knowledge of HR policies, practices and employment law.
  • Experience in a generalist role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • CIPD qualification or the desire to study and develop, ambition and a keen interest in furthering an HR career in the long term.
What's on Offer
  • A competitive salary of up to £33,000, 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, early finish on a Friday.

  • Possibility to work minimum 3 days per week onsite, required onsite when business needs dictate.
