Job Overview

Project People is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of our office environment and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and efficient, handling daily requests and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Asset Management: Oversee the management of office assets, including allocation, disposal, and maintenance.
  • Storage and Procurement: Manage inventory levels, ensure timely procurement of necessary items, and process payments efficiently.
  • Meeting and Event Support: Provide logistical support for meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Business Travel Support: Assist with travel arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
  • Supplier Management: Maintain effective communication with suppliers, addressing issues promptly and managing performance appraisals.
  • Administrative Support: Cover reception duties as needed and provide general administrative support to the team.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare weekly reports and maintain open communication with the Line Manager.
Person Specification

We are looking for a candidate with a hands-on attitude, excellent organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Proficiency in MS Office is essential, and experience in a similar role is desirable. Fluency in English and Chinese is a plus.
