Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Regional Account Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Northern Region. As a Field-Based Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, and promoting our VoIP, Connectivity and Mobile Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management within the telecoms industry, with a strong understanding of the SME market. A driving license is also essential.

Responsibilities

  • Promote company services to existing customers and prospects.
  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and account management within the telecoms industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Estimated Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000, with an OTE of £80k - £90k. Benefits include private healthcare, 22 days holiday + bank holidays, and a standard pension scheme, as well as a car allowance or car provided.
