We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Site Build Administrator to join our team at Vistry Northern Home Counties. As a key member of our site operations team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our developments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collate and distribute site weekly notes and reports
  • Assist in taking minutes for project review meetings
  • Collate and post delivery tickets to the office
  • Produce letters, reports, and memos using Microsoft Office packages
  • Complete audits on inspection reports and photograph completed work
  • Provide administrative support to site personnel to ensure the smooth running of developments
  • Order PPE, workwear, and stationery items
  • Arrange and support meetings and events
  • Assist the site Project Manager as required
  • Maintain an accurate and efficient filing and archive system
Requirements:
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good knowledge of health and safety requirements on site
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use own initiative when required
