Care Support Worker

We're seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
Assisting with medication and practical tasks such as shopping and housework
Following individual care plans to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients
