Job Summary

Southern Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Clinical Care Specialist to join their team at Shakespeare Road Medical Practice in Basingstoke. As a Clinical Care Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients with long-term conditions, working autonomously and collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will provide and maintain a high standard of nursing care, providing nursing assistance to doctors and other members of the primary healthcare team. They will also be responsible for the care delivered, demonstrating critical thinking and skills in clinical decision-making in the management of patients.

Person Specification

The ideal candidate will have current registration with the NMC, educated to diploma level, and qualified practitioner or completed a minimum of one recognised level 6 Autonomous Practice Module relating to the diagnosis and management of either injuries or illness.
