About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Redcentric. As a key member of our customer-facing support team, you will provide expert technical guidance and assistance to our customers across various technology products and managed services.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position based in Harrogate. You will be required to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of our customers.
