About the Role:

The E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for driving the trading performance of the main website, working closely with marketing, merchandising, customer service, and IT teams to identify opportunities to increase transactions and revenue via improvements to Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and Average Order Value (AOV) across both mobile and desktop platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the content of the site to grow order volumes
  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns to drive sales
  • Work with cross-functional teams to improve CRO and AOV
  • Develop and deliver the digital trading strategy to grow the E-Commerce business

Requirements:

  • Background in e-commerce and digital marketing, specifically around SEO and PPC
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with complex data sets
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction
