About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust in Clevedon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with their daily lives, promoting their independence, and empowering them to live the lives they want to lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities for socialisation, employment, training, or friendships.
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with individuals, their family members, and external professionals.
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support.
