About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting children and young people with their daily living skills, enabling them to live the lives they want to lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support the people we care for
  • Provide support with daily living skills, such as managing money, socializing, cooking, and cleaning
  • Support individuals to access their communities for social activities, employment, training, or friendships
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their family members, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
