About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust, working with children and young people aged 14-25 in our Short Breaks service in Clevedon. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to develop independence skills and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Empower individuals to live the lives they want to lead
  • Develop daily living skills, such as managing money and cooking
  • Support individuals to access their communities for social activities, employment, training, or friendships
  • Contribute to, develop, and implement individual care plans
  • Communicate effectively with individuals, their family members, and external professionals
  • Maintain the health needs of the individuals we support
