Job Summary

We are seeking Support Workers to join our Children and Young Person's Short Breaks service in Clevedon, where we support children and young people aged between 14 and 25 for overnight stays to develop independence skills as part of our pathways to adulthood service.

About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for empowering the people we support to live the lives they want to lead. You will develop daily living skills, support individuals to access their communities for social activities, employment, training or friendships, and contribute to, develop and implement individual care plans.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with good communication skills, a positive and patient approach, and the ability to build professional relationships. You will also need to be a confident problem solver and creative thinker, and work well as part of a team. Full UK Driving License is essential.
