Care Home Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated individual to join our award-winning team as a Care Home Administrator. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to the General Manager, staff, and residents, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the Home.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collecting and processing data for invoicing purposes.
- Following up on outstanding debts and reporting to Head Office.
- Collating information for payroll returns.
- Providing clerical support to the General Manager and other staff members.
- Coordinating the recruitment and onboarding process for new staff.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of three years of business administration experience.
- Confidence working with computers and software.
- Effective interpersonal skills and a professional telephone manner.
- The ability to prioritize your workload and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
