Job Description
  As a Senior Maritime Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing complex maritime systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all systems meet the required standards and specifications. Your duties will include:
    • Designing and developing system architectures;
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to identify and prioritise requirements;
  • Leading project teams to deliver system designs within budget and timeframe;
  You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and to recommend new approaches and solutions to improve system performance and efficiency.

Requirements
  To succeed in this role, you will need a strong background in engineering, with experience in the Aerospace & Defence sector. A degree in a relevant field is also essential. Your ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and work collaboratively will be highly valued.
