We are seeking a highly skilled Skin Care Expert to join our team at our Manchester store. As a Skin Care Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with our clients, leveraging your approachable and friendly personality
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized client experiences
  • Combine your knowledge and technical expertise to create a distinctive customer experience while selling our market-leading products
  • Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact with in-store events and services
  • Ensure the store always achieves our high standards of visual merchandising

Requirements

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Passion and energy to provide inspirational client experiences
  • Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Intermediate level experience in skincare or a related field
