Role Overview
As a Skin Care Expert at La Mer, you will be responsible for creating a distinctive customer experience while selling our market-leading products across the category. You will combine your knowledge and technical expertise with your passion for healthy skin to educate, inspire, and delight our customers.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for skin care and a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with our clients
- Flexibility and availability to work across days and hours, with a focus on providing a great work-life balance
- Intermediate level experience in the beauty industry, with a high level of skincare knowledge (although we welcome applications from those with less experience who are eager to learn and develop)
- Proof of right to live and work in the UK
Compensation and Benefits
As a Skin Care Expert at La Mer, you can expect a competitive industry salary, commission scheme eligibility, annual leave, family leave, product discount, and access to our mental health wellbeing initiatives. Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, dependent on experience and qualifications. This is a competitive salary for a Skin Care Expert in the Manchester area, and we offer a range of benefits and opportunities for development and growth.
