La Mer is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Skin Care Expert to join our team at Selfridges. As a Skin Care Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our market-leading products, and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience.
About the Role
We are looking for a talented individual who is passionate about skin care and has a strong desire to learn and grow with our company. As a Skin Care Expert, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of products, including our flagship Crème de la Mer, and develop your knowledge and skills in the field of skin care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a unique and inspirational in-store experience
- Educate customers on our market-leading products and provide personalized recommendations
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Participate in in-store events and services to create impact and drive sales
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the latest skin care trends and developments

Qualifications
- Ability to build long-term relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer experiences
- Confidence in speaking to customers and understanding their needs to best cater to them
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Intermediate level experience in skin care or a related field (preferred)
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
