About La Mer

We are seeking a highly skilled Skin Care Expert to join our team at our Manchester store. As a Skin Care Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a unique and inspirational in-store experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized skincare advice and recommendations to clients
  • Conduct skincare consultations and create personalized skincare plans
  • Upsell and cross-sell La Mer products to clients
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest skincare trends
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Requirements

  • Ability to build long-term relationships with clients
  • Passion for skincare and ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Intermediate level experience in skincare preferred
  • Proof of right to live and work in the UK
